Who we are

The N.E.U.R.O.™ Protocol

  • Clinically backed: Decades of research show neurofeedback can improve ADHD symptoms, reduce anxiety, support PTSD recovery, speed reaction times, enhance memory, and strengthen overall cognitive performance.

  • Human-centered approach: We combine clinical precision with a coaching-style experience—listening, guiding, and walking with you through every step of your brain optimization journey.

  • Local & personal: Neurawave was founded in Jefferson City by Bryson, whose own life was transformed after neurofeedback helped him overcome ADHD and rebuild his cognitive confidence. His mission is simple: bring world-class brain training to Mid-Missouri with care, data, and personalized support.

  • Trusted by top performers: Pro athletes, executives, creatives, and high performers rely on neurofeedback to sharpen focus, boost resilience, and gain a measurable mental edge—while everyday families use it to restore calm, clarity, and emotional balance.

“Neurawave Brain Training is dedicated to the use of advanced, non-invasive brain technologies to deliver an evidence-based and medication-free approach to precision brain care.”

About Neurawave Brain Training

Neurawave Brain Training is a Jefferson City-based neurofeedback and brain optimization practice specializing in qEEG brain mapping, EEG-guided neurofeedback, HRV biofeedback, and transcranial photobiomodulation (tPBM) technologies. We help clients enhance cognitive performance, improve brain health, and achieve measurable transformation—often in cases where traditional treatments have plateaued.

Leadership & Experience

Founded by Bryson Morrow, Neurawave emphasizes applied psychophysiology and the use of objective data in nervous system regulation. Prior to establishing Neurawave, Bryson spent more than a decade as a commercial fisherman in the Bering Sea—an experience that profoundly shaped his understanding of stress, endurance, and human performance under extreme conditions.

A Personal Mission

Bryson’s journey into neurofeedback began with personal struggle. Diagnosed with ADD as a child and medicated with Ritalin, he often felt scattered, unfocused, and different—challenges that affected not only his academic life but also his family dynamics. Years later, during the upheaval of divorce, he embarked on a quest for healing, exploring various forms of psychotherapy, EMDR, psychedelic therapy, and Transcendental Meditation.

Everything changed when he heard a Joe Rogan podcast featuring neuroscientist Dr. Andrew Hill, founder of Peak Brain Institute. Captivated, Bryson pursued neurofeedback training through Peak Brain remotely—and experienced a profound shift. That transformation sparked a single question: “Why isn’t this accessible everywhere?” What began as personal healing became a mission to bring this life-changing technology to those who need it most.

A Paradigm Shift in Mental Health

Through this process, Bryson came to a fundamental realization: the conventional approach to mental health classifies individuals into DSM-5 TR diagnoses based primarily on subjective, self-reported symptom clusters and decision trees, while failing to adequately describe the underlying brain and nervous system dysregulation driving those symptoms. While medications and supplementation can be helpful, they share one critical limitation—they work chemically, and chemistry is only part of the story. The brain operates electrochemically. Chemistry is downstream of the electrical impulses that govern neurochemical activity. By training the brain’s electrical patterns, we can shift the neurochemical environment and create durable, meaningful changes in both function and structure. Neuromodulation of disrupted neural architecture can recalibrate networks and, for many people, finally offer a way off the rollercoaster of chemical peaks and valleys.
