Get answers to your performance and learning troubles.
What is neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback is a safe, non-invasive way to train your brain. Sensors measure your brainwaves, and you get instant feedback that helps your brain shift into healthier patterns.
Is it safe?
Yes. Nothing is put into your brain. The sensors only read your brain activity — no shocks, no pain, no drugs.
How is neurofeedback different from medication?
Medication manages symptoms while you take it. Neurofeedback helps retrain your brain so improvements can last, even after sessions end.
What does a session feel like?
You sit comfortably while wearing a soft cap with sensors. You’ll watch a screen or listen to sounds that change based on your brain activity. Most people find it relaxing.
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients notice changes within 8–10 sessions. Strong, lasting results typically come after 20–30 sessions, depending on your goals.
Who can benefit from brain training?
Children with ADHD, adults with anxiety, athletes seeking peak performance, veterans with PTSD, and older adults wanting to stay sharp have all benefited from neurofeedback.
What is a Brain Map?
A Brain Map (qEEG) is a scan that shows how your brain is working. It’s the first step in creating your personalized training plan.
How long is each session?
Most sessions last 30–45 minutes. You can return to school, work, or practice right after.
Is it covered by insurance?
Some insurance plans and HSA/FSA accounts may reimburse neurofeedback. We provide superbills for you to submit.
